Fortunately these days there are sites where you can retrieve this information easily for a small fee.<\/p>\n<p>Two sites that I have personally used myself are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Property IQ\" href=\"http:\/\/www.propiq.co.za\" target=\"_blank\">PropIQ<\/a> (thanks Lz for this, you know who you are)<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Evaluate Mobile Property Valuation\" href=\"http:\/\/webapps.knowledgefactory.co.za\/EvaluateSite\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">EVALUATE<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Last I used both sites, PropIQ charged me R 70 and Evaluate R 30. I personally find the propiq report better laid out and seems (but I have not confirmed this) to have more information.
